At Midnight Rose Emporium, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping for our customers. Once you place an order, we aim to dispatch it within 2-4 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. For international orders, we offer Royal Mail Tracked as the default shipping option. However, if you prefer a more economical choice, you can select our Standard option for small items. Please keep in mind that the Standard international shipping does not include tracking information.
Additionally, it’s important to be aware that customs fees or import taxes may apply to your order. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Midnight Rose Emporium. We kindly ask you to check your country’s customs rules and regulations to ensure that the items you are purchasing are not prohibited. In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid charges, we will issue a refund minus the customs charge and shipping costs.
For large orders of multiple items, we may utilize a courier service. Please note that courier deliveries cannot be made to P.O Box addresses. If you have provided a P.O Box address, our we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.
My order arrived broken, what do I do?
We understand that accidents can happen during shipping, which is why we take extra care in packing your orders. However, if your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help! My order isn’t what I expected/I’ve changed my mind. Can I return it?
At Midnight Rose Emporium, we strive to ensure that every product is accurately represented and accompanied by clear photos. However, we understand that online shopping can sometimes be unpredictable. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for any reason. Simply email your return request, along with your order number, to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once approved, you can send back the item. Please note that return postage costs will not be reimbursed. Shop with confidence knowing that your satisfaction is our top priority.
Can I cancel my order?
Thank you for considering our products! Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, we do offer a return policy for eligible items, excluding sale items. At Midnight Rose Emporium, we strive to ensure that your parcels reach you in a timely manner. However, in the event that a parcel is returned to us as ‘Unclaimed’ or ‘Refused’, please note that there will be additional shipping costs to have it re-sent. Additionally, there may be return import fees which will be deducted from the refund. These costs can be conveniently paid via PayPal or through our website. It’s important to mention that if you choose to have the item refunded, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. We recommend checking your tracking information if a parcel hasn’t arrived on the expected delivery date, as it may have been returned to your local depot for collection or re-delivery arrangements.
A lot of items sell out with the supplier upon their first release, pre-ordering guarantees you get the product as soon as it’s available.
Offering pre-orders is also the best way to discover how popular a product or range will be, and manufacturers can use this information to adjust stock levels accordingly. If an item is super popular with pre-orders before it’s first release, it’s likely to be restocked faster!
When do I pay for my pre-order?
Pre-orders work the same as normal orders, simply add your pre-order listing to your cart and complete checkout as normal. If you pay with Clearpay please be aware your payments may all be completed before the item arrives in stock. This does not affect your rights to return an unwanted item.
Can I order in stock items with pre-orders?
Yes, however any in stock items will be held in reserve until your pre-order becomes available so the order can be dispatched together. If you want to receive your non pre-order items straight away please place separate orders.
What if i pre-order multiple Items on one order?
If your order contains more than one pre-order item, it will be held until all items become available and dispatched together.
General Info about pre-ordering;
You can cancel a pre-order at any time up until the day of release, there is a 20% cancellation fee for cancelling a pre-order that will be deducted from your refund.
Every item will have an estimated release/restock date on the individual listings, these dates are not set in stone and pre-orders can sometimes get delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
The release date will be updated on each item listing once we receive any notification of changes/delays, so if the expected date for your pre-order has passed, please check the listing to see if the date has changed. You can also email us at any time for an update.
Rest assured, once you have pre-ordered a product then you are guaranteed to get it from the first delivery we receive, even if it gets delayed.
