Payment:

Payment can be made with your credit/debit card via Stripe secure checkout, PayPal, Clearpay or Klarna.

 

Shipping

UK Customers

Shipping time is 1-3 working days. Most orders are usually shipped the same day when placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri). I cannot guarantee same day shipment especially during busy periods but I do my best! Royal Mail collect daily Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Royal Mail will send you an email with a 2 hour delivery time slot, with options to leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or to reschedule the delivery if you won’t be home.

Our standard free shipping option is Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Express options are also available at checkout.

Some larger items are not kept as standard stock and may have a longer shipping time, this will be clearly specified on the product listing page.

Some products are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer, delivery times for these are the same as any other in stock products they may just arrive separately to any other items on the same order.

You will receive an ‘Order Complete’ email when your order is packed and awaiting collection. 

Orders with multiple items may be posted in more than 1 box. 

Customers outside the UK

International order shipping costs are calculated by the total weight of the order. All orders over 2KG have to be shipped via a courier service, if you are ordering a lot of items it may work out cheaper to place separate orders.

Order processing times can be up to 3 working days, however most are dispatched the same day when ordered before 3pm (Monday-Friday)

International orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked unless you choose the Standard option (only available for small items). 

You will receive an ‘Order Complete’ email when your order is packed and awaiting collection, your tracking information will arrive in a separate email, usually within 24 hours. If you don’t receive your tracking info, pop us an email at support@midnightrose-emporium.com.

Please be aware that orders may be subject to customs fees/import tax. Any extra costs incurred at customs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed by Midnight Rose Emporium, as of January 1st 2021 this also applies to Europe.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check items they are purchasing are not prohibited by their country’s customs rules and regulations. Any parcel returned to us due to charges not being paid will be refunded, minus the customs charge and shipping costs.

Important notice for customers in Brazil: you will need to provide your personal tax I.D (CPF) number, this is a requirement for all orders to Brazil. If you do not provide this information your order cannot be shipped to you.

 

Shipping Costs

UK

Standard shipping is free for orders over £20. Orders under £20 have a flat rate shipping cost of £2.99.

Express options start from £3.99 and will be available to select at checkout.

Larger items are sent via courier, usually UPS, Parcelforce or DHL. All courier services are fully tracked, you will receive your tracking information as soon as your parcel has been booked in for collection. Courier services are usually next working day delivery.

International

Prices start from £3.50 for small items.

Shipping costs will vary depending on the total weight and size of your order and will be calculated at checkout before you commit to purchase.

Orders for multiple items may be shipped in more than one box to keep shipping prices as low as possible.

I now offer an economy shipping option for small orders, this service does not include any tracking information.

Large/Bulky/Heavy parcels are sent via an express courier service, delivery is usually 2-3 days after shipment. These orders are sent with full tracking and insured. Please note courier parcels cannot be delivered to a P.O Box address. If you provide a P.O Box address you will be contacted via email for an alternative delivery address, your order will be placed on hold until an appropriate address is confirmed.

Our main international shipping service is Royal Mail Tracked, you will receive your tracking number within 24 hours once your order has been marked as completed.

FAQ’s

Q: My order arrived broken, what do I do?

A: Please take as many photos as possible of the packaging as it arrived, and the damage of the item and email them to us along with your order number, we will then arrange a replacement. You do not need to return broken items to us.

Q: My order hasn’t arrived yet

A: If you have a tracking number please check this first to make sure no delivery attempt has been made, the time frame in which a parcel is considered ‘lost’ can vary, delivery times are guidelines and unfortunately sometimes delays do happen, if you’re worried your parcel is lost please email us so we can help.

Q: Help! There’s an item missing from my order!

A: Don’t panic! It’s possible there was an inventory error and an item was out of stock, if so there will be a note on your packing slip to let you know when I expect to ship it for you. If there’s no note I probably just missed it while packing, unfortunately being human I do make mistakes sometimes, just pop me an email at support@midnightrose-emporium.com and we’ll sort it out for you. If your order is arriving in more than 1 box there will be a note on the packing slip.

Q: What if I order an in stock item at the same time as a pre-order item?

A: The available items will be shipped as normal, the pre-order(s) will be kept on back order and shipped as soon as they become available. International orders will ship in full when pre-orders are available, please place separate orders if you require the available items to be sent separately.

Q: I’m a customer from outside the UK, is there an express shipping option available for me?

A: Large parcels are sent via express delivery as standard. To enquire about express shipping prices for small items please email support@midnightrose-emporium.com

Q: I’m an international customer, why is the shipping cost so much higher when I add one extra item to my order?

A: All parcels over 2KG have to be sent via a courier service which is significantly more expensive than standard Royal Mail parcels, when ordering multiple items from outside the UK it may work out cheaper to place separate orders. I do not profit from shipping costs at all, in fact if a cheaper service is available when your parcel is booked in for collection, I will refund the difference.

Unclaimed Parcels

Parcels that return to Midnight Rose Emporium as ‘Unclaimed’ or ‘Refused’, are subject to extra shipping costs to have them re-sent, and may be subject to return import fees which will be deducted from the refund. These costs can be paid via PayPal or the website. If you choose to have the item refunded, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. 

Please check your tracking information if a parcel hasn’t arrived on the expected delivery date as it may have been returned to your local depot ready for you to collect or arrange a re-delivery.
