This beautiful spirit board features the ‘Aracnafaria’ artwork by Anne Stokes.
A Gothic fairy with blood red wings stands upon a dais in an ancient cathedral, moonlight streaming in the window behind her. Large black widow spiders crawl towards her as she gazes calmly at the viewer. The choker around her throat giving a clear warning that these arachnids will be set upon you if you dare to get any closer.
The back of the board features a sentimental poem;
“In dark shadows I am destined to wait,
No one for company to call a friend.
As decades cling as unbidden deadweight,
Becoming centuries to which I attend.”
Comes with a matching planchette and instructions, presented in an art box making it a fantastic collector’s piece for any Anne Stokes fan.
