For best effects burn indoors in an area away from any sudden air movements. Please note that after burning it is normal for a light oily residue to appear on the oil burner, for this reason we recommend protecting any furniture it is placed upon suitably. The residue can be easily wiped off the burner with a damp cloth. Please exercise caution when burning incense. Only backflow incense cones should be used with this product – standard incense cones will not create the desired effect.

Our order processing time can be up to 5 working days, though of course we do our best to get orders out as soon as possible.
Delivery time to the UK is 2-3 working days, Europe is 3-5 working days, Rest of World is 5-14 working days but can sometimes take longer depending on customs.
Larger items are sent via a courier service which is usually next working day delivery within the UK, 2-3 working days to Europe and 3-5 working days worldwide.
For customers outside of the UK, please be aware of possible customs charges on your parcel. This is beyond our control – no extra charges will be reimbursed by us.

Returns
This product can be returned for a full refund for any reason within 14 days of receipt.
